Mayor Eisenberger has been the mayor in Hamilton since 2006 and is a strong believer in the Community model of leadership which incorporates ideas from all stakeholders in the community in seeking solutions for the City's common problems.
Using the technology at hand, Mayor Eisenberger has made this city council more visible to the people of this city with the use of video to report on decisions made by council. This creates the opportunity for anyone with a computer to be aware of the decisions and to voice their opinions when they log onto the city website.
